Originally from Mexico City, but have been a Texan for 26 years now. I have a beautiful and supportive wife and a two lovely daughters. Enjoy spending my free time around family and friends. I have been in the car business for 17 years now, most of that time in the wholesale and retail of pre-owned vehicles. Dusty, Katelyn, and Ricardo have excellent customer service. My previous visit to Audi Dallas, I did not want to come back because the associate they gave to help me was rude. I was very discouraged wh service. My previous visit to Audi Dallas, I did not want to come back because the associate they gave to help me was rude. I was very discouraged when I left and I thought about changing car brands. I did not want to come back, but then my tire busted. When I had to come back I was helped by Katelyn, Dusty, and Riccardo.
