Not sure who Jay is. My primary contact was a young salesman by the name of Matt. He was great to deal with. I thought I had a deal knocked out with Matt then Rich (sa My primary contact was a young salesman by the name of Matt. He was great to deal with. I thought I had a deal knocked out with Matt then Rich (sales mgr) came in and basically told me that my offer was null and void. He was very abrupt. If I didn't want the vehicle as much as I wanted I would have told him what to do with his deal and walked out. Too bad Rich did what he did. I probably won't recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
