Ditto for his colleague Rob Hering, who stepped in for Roger when I stopped by with some questions...patiently addressed my remaining questions and completed the deal...and ensured I got all the paperwork done swiftly in time to get to a business meeting that day. Ditto for finance manager Jay Trabucco, who on short notice fit me in around his existing appointments (given my time constraints) and guided me through all the necessary paperwork and processes. And ditto for general sales manager Rich Hammond who played a role.
