Purchased a new CX-5, It was truly the best new car experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had done my research, knew what I wanted, just had some questions and wanted to get the deal done witho experience I have ever had at a dealership. Rich and Mike worked with me on pricing, they honored it to the penny, no pressure, Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. Jay was great and found an excellent finance plan that kept my interest rates down and the process was quick and painless. All my questions answered. Very happy ! We purchased a Mazda this week from Werner Mazda, drove up from CT to buy it. We had the great pleasure of working with Mike Heintz. Mike made the trip from CT well worth the ride. Mike provided me all the information and more about the Mazda we were interested in. He sent me a video of the car prior to us coming to New Hampshire to see the car. The price he quoted us was the price we paid, no hidden fees, no ridiculous add on costs for things we didn't need. What a great pleasure it was working with an honest guy like Mike and an honest and transparent dealership. Thank you to Mike and everyone at Werner Mazda that helped us with this great experience of purchasing a certified Mazda. We will be back for our next purchase! More

Mike Hammond is a great guy. Cold called him from CT about a Mazda CX-5, Mike answered the phone. I explained that buying a car from dealerships in CT is a nightmare. They want to hit you up with hidden fees, charges to vin etch, ceramic wax, theft insurance, and more! And none of this was requested by us. Dealers add these ridiculous charges and you have no choice but to accept them. Immediately speaking with Mike and explaining the issues here in CT, he assured me he would only sell me the Mazda CX-5 my son wanted and nothing else. Honestly I wasn't sure I believed him. He took $200 off the price of the car without me even asking to negotiate...I couldn't believe it! Mike's manager Rich was more than fair, I didn't get an opportunity to speak with him but he helped Mike put the deal together. I also worked with Jay, the finance manager, another great guy. Ultimately my wife and son drove up to New Hampshire and picked up a beautiful 2021 black CX-5. My son is so excited about his new car and Mike and his team made it happen for him. My wife and son came home and told me the team at Werner was outstanding, they had a great experience working with everyone there. Mike made me so comfortable that I didn't even go to New Hampshire to pick up the car with my family. I fully trusted Mike and he didn't let me down. We got a great deal and a beautiful car that my son will have for many years. We are considering purchasing a Mazda for my wife now, I will no doubt head back up to Werner Mazda again.
