I bought a new CX9 recently by this dealership. Everything went extremely smooth and Joe Murphy was very good with his explanations. However, I would have given a 5 star rating, since I have Everything went extremely smooth and Joe Murphy was very good with his explanations. However, I would have given a 5 star rating, since I have been going to this dealership for 5 1/2 years and have been very happy. I noticed that there was no protective coating of wax or other coating on the car. This was surprising to me since Werner's attention to detail is superb. i will be bringing this up at my first service on the new CX9. More
