Awful. I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and test drive. Joe was an absolute jerk. He started out nice until of course the test drive was over and it was time to decide on the car. I was 90% sure I wanted that care so I put down a deposit of $500 which joe PROMISED me was refundable. Turns out the deposit was not refundable at all, and had I not decided on that car I would have been screwed out of $500. I was also told the few little scratches my used car had would be fixed before purchase and that was also a lie. When I had my aunt talk to Joe on the phone because this is my first big purchase and I felt as though Joe took advantage of that, he became nasty with her. Had this not been a good deal on a car I would not have gone back and made the purchase. I hope Joe gets 0% of the commission off of this sale. He didn’t do any selling, as I already knew what I wanted. Once my Aunt has to go back and forth with the manager and Joe and we went in to sign and pick up the car, we were treated pretty poorly. Definitely would never go back, not even to get work done. More

When I arrived to view the vehicle it had been sitting for a bit and a cold snap had happened and the battery was weak. They said they would replace the batter without hesitation. I was specific on the type of battery I wanted, they offered to let me purchase my own and just credit the deal. We did install a new battery we provided on the day of pickup. The salesmanager was not your normal standoffish ivory tower type, he was willing to talk directly with me and not continue the back and forth via salesman BS. They offered a reasonable offer for both vehicles and that is all I expected. We would purchase another vehicle from them if they had one we were looking for. More
