Worked with Dave Lee, who was very helpful in helping me understand the various models of Mazda CX5's. I drove three and never sensed I was taking too much of his time. He and Rich Hammond helped me narrow down which I really wanted and which were more than I wanted or needed. I ended up with an excellent car. I did not intend to buy a car the same day, but because I wasn't rushed to pushed in any way, and was given time to think it out well, happily did! Love my new Mazda. Jay Trabucco was the finance person - not your typical pushy one who wants to sell you all sorts of products and warrantees you don't want, but again, a helpful and straightforward guy. With all three of these men I felt I was dealing with people who are honest and genuinely helpful - not the stereotype of a car salesman. They are giving their titles a good name. Thank you to all three. It was a great day! More

Let me tell you my experience with Werner. I simply called them, told them my budget and loudly said NOT EVEN A PENNY OVER MY BUDGET, and the guy said i have one BRAND NEW car for you that is $500 under your budget. I drove from ma to nh Werner right away and within 3 hours, car was mine. Painless, easy, just no headache at all...and they didn't hold a "gun" against my head trying to convince me to buy something i didn't want/need. Oh, and i didn't have to practice being a b@tch unlike last place i visited (that guy was a little afraid, too) Honestly I was shocked with these guys and the service they provide. Also, free coffee. I was SOOOO cofinated by the end of it. Love it. They have the best prices of many Mazda dealres by $3,000 - $5,000. I called 5 dealership before them - and used cars were that much more than the one Werner offered me with the same features. Shop with Werner! Dijana More

New brakes, great experience I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car an overall check as well as changed the oil. The guys in the sales department were nice enough to loan me a snazzy 2016 Mazda CV-5 to take over to the mall to kill time while waiting. Despite living about 40 minutes from the dealership it's always worth the trip as the staff at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. More
