I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick. More

Werner let us pass through the transaction so that we bought the new car, werner took the 2014 in trade, turned around and sold the 2014 to my son, secured financing for both cars all of which took just a couple hours. They are never pushy- I have been to a Honda dealership nearby to test it out and they tried to tell me 100 things that were wrong with my 4 year old car. Werner never does that, but do bring up anything wrong in a professional and friendly way. They are also very accommodating- one time I had to wait for my mom to pick me up at the dealership who was stuck in traffic and an employee asked me multiple times if I wanted to use one of their cars for the night while my car was getting worked on. He made sure I was taken care of, and that's what you need from a dealership! I'll highly consider purchasing a Mazda from them for my next car. More
