I met with him, drove the car, he introduced me to Rich Johnson and I picked my car up that week. The process was so pleasant and effortless that I almost could not believe it. We were able to discuss car price, fees, expectations, and trade in value on my first visit - without it feeling like a game. We had one phone call afterwards to finalize price (and provide a down payment) and I was able to purchase the car on my second visit. I'm not an impulse shopper, so I never buy a car (or much else) on the first visit. I was impressed that they gave me their price listing out tax, fees and final price IN WRITING - without me having to ask. There are a number of dealerships that feel sincere the first time you meet them, but few have followed through in my experience...this is one of the few that I would recommend to family. They'll be my first stop when we're ready to replace my wife's car. More
