I was up front in the fact that I did not want any run around or typical car sale gimmicks as that is always something we have been faced with in the past when buying a car. Daniel was honest, professional, friendly, listened, and told us the bottom line price he that could offer on the car we were looking to buy. He listened to our questions and never made us feel rush or pressured. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Lexus brand which was important to us as we had a lot of questions about the brand. This was our first Lexus purchase and I have to say it was by far our most positive car buying experience. Another thing I would like to mention is that I wanted a specific leather color interior that was not showing on the internet. When I asked Daniel about the leather color I wanted he told me they had one, but the price was more than the vehicle we had been discussing. He offered to ask his manager to match the price of the car with the leather I wanted before I could ask him about lowering the price on the more expensive car. That said a lot about Daniel as a person and a salesman. He is fabulous! We ended up purchasing a 2019 Lexus UX 200. I LOVE the car! I have already told a friend to speak to Daniel when she gets ready to purchase her next Lexus. This is our first Lexus, but thanks to Daniel I do not think it will be our last Lexus purchase! More

Fourth Lexus from Hennessy - 15 minutes in and out! I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longe I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longest being 3 hours. GUESS WHAT??? Rich Mahoney had me in and out of finance office in 13 minutes. I was in my car and out the door in 15 minutes. Electronic desktop review and signing of paperwork is awesome. Taking home a thumbdrive with paperwork instead of a huge stack of paper was great too! Love this dealership! More

Mike Harris was my salesman 3 years ago when I purchased my first vehicle and the customer service I received from him was awesome. I returned for my current vehicle purchased in September 2019 and I am happy I did because of vehicle price point and knowledgeable sales team. Mike ensured all my requirements were met and made this buying experience a great one. After choosing a vehicle, I was introduced to Rich Mahoney who handled the contract and financing. Rich did an great job of meeting my requirements and stating all of my options for financing. I was satisfied with my the outcome of this purchase and will likely do business with Mike and Rich again. Superior sales staff My wife and I had a Lexus 2008 RX-350 and we loved it. However it was showing signs of its age. So we decided to go shopping at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. We had used Hennessy exclusively for repairs and maintenance of the RX-350. We knew the establishment was all about quality. Our expectations were verified as, Chad Armstrong listened (really listened) to what we wanted, He made it seem too easy as he picked out two or three cars for us to test drive. By the time we pulled the car back to the lot we had decided this was the car for us.
