A Great Dealership I bought two Xterras from Tynan's almost five years ago. The most succinct review I can give is that the sales staff was low pressure (actually NO pre I bought two Xterras from Tynan's almost five years ago. The most succinct review I can give is that the sales staff was low pressure (actually NO pressure) and a good deal for both parties was completed. The more long-term follow through aspect of the deal, auto service, has been the best I've ever experienced............I'm never disappointed either by the service itself, or the service customer care. If Tynan's service was average, I would have found out after almost five years of them servicing my Xterras. What I found out is that Tynan's is the best dealership I have ever been associated with after 48 years of owning cars. More

Very professional, thorough, friendly and patient! This is our second Nissan LEAF leased from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. We leased our 2013 Nissan LEAF SL for 3 years and have been so impressed with that This is our second Nissan LEAF leased from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. We leased our 2013 Nissan LEAF SL for 3 years and have been so impressed with that total experience that we decided to extend the lease twice, so that we could wait for and lease our new 2018 Nissan LEAF SL with extended range and with the Technology Package for 3 years. I met and started working with Robert Glandon and Connor Moran (brand new to Tynan's) back in August 2017. Robert kept me posted on the process and status of our 2018 LEAF from the time I made the reservation online on 9/5/2017; he confirmed updating the build request for our exterior/interior color preference by email on 11/10/2017; he explained the $7,900 manufacture's rebate and the $2,500 Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit; he informed me of Nissan's $1,000 Loyalty Cash incentive on 12/27/2017; he gave me a copy of the lease estimate range on 2/13/2018 and a copy of the Nissan DBS once the vehicle VIN was known on 3/2/2018. The lease was signed on 3/21/18 and we are really enjoying our new 2018 Nissan LEAF SL. The long wait was well worth it! So, my wife and I love the car! Robert and Connor are to be commended for being very professional, thorough, friendly and patient! Connor has an excellent teacher and mentor in Robert! Last, but not least is Rich McAnnaly in Service. Just last Thursday, he had me bring the car in without an appointment and expeditiously took care of getting the rear window wiper returned to its proper horizontal position, after it had been knocked to a vertical, downward position when I took the car through its first carwash. This was definitely a safety concern and he took care of it right away! We enjoyed 5 years of great service from Tynan's Nissan Aurora, and are looking forward to the next 3 or more years in working with Rich! Thank you! Clint and Toni Smythe More

Disagree Took my car for mirrow fix after a hit, my mirrow are electrical mirrows and since this was a simple and easy quick fix. Cause the part since something that was just a part to assemble. But, when I took the car the other mirrow was perfectly working. And after I get back the car both mirrows wasn't working and after talked with the guy in there he only said it maybe a cable the little motor or something else. So, basically to fine it out I had to pay again for the inspection and plus the repair. Since, I took the car with my mirrow working!! So, basically no reason to pay for any other extra fix that it wasn't just assemble the other mirrow!! More
