Oil change and recalled part I had to get my oil change and a part changed out that was recalled. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours which definitely made my day go I had to get my oil change and a part changed out that was recalled. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours which definitely made my day go a lot smoother. The workers were polite and timely. More

Awesome Sevice! Tynan's Nissan Service is the best! The Service Reps are great and they make you feel like you are getting the attention you need and that your car is Tynan's Nissan Service is the best! The Service Reps are great and they make you feel like you are getting the attention you need and that your car is in the best hands. Rich followed up with me and did an awesome job with my car! CVT Maintenance and Oil change First off, I love my Juke! I had went in on a Saturday for maintenance at 3pm to learn they close early on Saturday's. I was kindly informed my the manager to call and make an appointment for my services. Not a problem! I got right in for my appointment at the beginning of the following week. Rich was great!!! He informed me of immediate issues my car needs and got me out of there with a happy car! I'm happy to take my car there for further maintenance everytime. Thanks guys! More

Have had better experiences here Brought my car in for oil change, informed me it would take about an hour and a half. Rich then informed me there were recalls on my car that would ad Brought my car in for oil change, informed me it would take about an hour and a half. Rich then informed me there were recalls on my car that would add about an extra 30 minutes. This was fine with me. Rich gave an update after 2.5 hours saying car was almost done, then went into office visible to waiting area and chatted with people in the office for about 35 minutes. After 35 minutes went to service desk and asked for update, was informed by other staff that my car had been ready for “some time.” Different service staff took my paperwork from Rich’s desk to finish it, Rich rushed in saying that paperwork was done and he would check on my car as the other service staff was completing the unfinished paperwork. Good service as always but poor customer service at a place where it is usually top notch. Appreciate the initial update, but unwarranted delay made me late for a work meeting and felt like an inconvenience asking for an update myself. More

Richard McNally is an honest advisor I'm afraid I've had several bad experiences with other car dealers and Car Care Facilities over the years. I expect them to tell me I must buy service I'm afraid I've had several bad experiences with other car dealers and Car Care Facilities over the years. I expect them to tell me I must buy services and parts I really don't need. However, Richard McNally at Tynan's Nissan is an honest advisor and he will get my business from now on. When my car wouldn't start he could have sold me on a new alternator, new battery, or all kinds of new products and services. Instead he simply advised that we replace the brake light wiring which was causing the car not to start with the push button ignition. This was done for no charge. I can't thank Richard McNally and Tynan's enough for re-establishing my faith in car dealer service departments. Thank you. More
