Not coming back. . was quoted for a transmission flush and 4x4 transfer case service when I requested an oil change and tire rotation and price out of a hood mount as . was quoted for a transmission flush and 4x4 transfer case service when I requested an oil change and tire rotation and price out of a hood mount as mine was broken...the oil change was completed tire rotation was not....I observed a tech drive my car to the pick up park area for cars that are being serviced when completed....then a representative came to me told me that recommendations included transmission flush 4x4 service.and 800 dollars for new tires. iwas then told that the service department had no time to deal with recommendations.....I guess your staff begrudgingly decided to fix the hood mount....because I then saw another tech retrieve my vehicle to do that repair.....at this point not only was my time wasted, but so was yours.....as it was obviously they were either unwilling or unable to the suggested maintenance/ requested fixes because I saw them park my car BEFORE!..... again BEFORE! they discussed recommendations and my requested repair...anyways good luck....that experience was anything but streamlined....don't recommend services when u say don't have the time to do them.....I wasn't even encouraged to schedule a time More
