He was an absolute pleasure to work with start to finish. I was never once pressured by him to purchase a car and he was very accommodating of my busy schedule. First Audi...flawless! Found the car I wanted on their website. They had better prices than any of the other dealers I searched within 100 miles of Norwalk, CT. Test drive, down payment, and approved for financing within an hour. Couldn't be happier. Went back two days later to pick up the car...met with Anthony the business manager. Great guy. We discussed a few options. I said yes to some, no to others...no pressure. My 2016 A6 is a dream to drive, and I was very pleased with the service, knowledge, and professionalism of the entire team. Rich Medla answered my emails right away and called the next day so I could set up a time for a test drive. Not pushy at all and we arrived at a price that worked for both of us. The car was ready for pick up when promised and we breezed through the paying process with no surprises. I'd recommend this dealership and will probably be back. More
