I was charged $1,000 more than agreed to withe the salesman over the phone. The salesman agreed with me that I was overcharged. Two factors played into my mistake: I am 82 years old and don't think as clearly as I once did. And, I never received a copy of the agreement I negotiated over the phone with the salesman. It is a pleasure to go to Crystal River Kia. When we go there, Dave (Manager) greets us by name. Also, Timmy Torres and Mike Stewart always remember us (they were salesmen that have sold cars to us). Amanda in Service is awesome. She has an unbelievable memory. We were sad when Karen left the Service Dept, but Amanda stepped right in and gives us the same service.
