After having suffered through many terrible attempts to obtain a new car in this horrendous market, with dealers charging more than asking price, de After having suffered through many terrible attempts to obtain a new car in this horrendous market, with dealers charging more than asking price, demanding non refundable deposits up front to lock you into their timetable and giving me misleading information about the process of allocation, I found this dealer and was lucky enough to be assigned to Rich Ponulak. Rich explained the process and answered questions honestly and calmly. He really understood how stressful car buying is right now. He kept me updated and was entirely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Not only does Toyota of Naperville sell at list price, and not more, they don’t include dealer add ons without consent ( although there was a pushy business manager who spent far to much time trying to get us to buy the extended warranty). In addition, this dealership sells more cars than any other in the Midwest, so naturally, they are allotted more cars and have first crack at the Midwest allocation . It makes the most sense to use this dealer and you won’t regret it! More

I was looking for Toyota Highlighter Platinum and it must be in Pearl White color. My husband called many places without any help.
