Rich was absolutely wonderful helping me out this weekend on my search for a vehicle. Sadly we couldn't make a deal because of another one of the workers there having a really bad attitude during the sale. I on my search for a vehicle. Rich is awesome. Not pleased with the rest of the staff, but I gave the dealership a 5 star only because of Rich. He is fantastic and I highly recommend him. but I gave the dealership a 5 star only because of Rich. He is fantastic and I highly recommend him. More

Kept trying to push me into a car AND fin Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy Pushy!!! Kept trying to push me into a car AND financing I did not want. I was quite clear that I was not in a position to put the money down for a car today and did not want to submit for a credit check until I was in a position to put money down and buy. I am already very familiar with all my scores with all agencies and pretty well walked in knowing what my options were. Instead, salesman kept going back to the manager to "see what we can do." Car they were trying to get me into was $9K over what I said I was looking to spend. Payments were over double what I said I was able to afford at present. The salesman was pleasant, but he seemed bound and determined from the moment I said, "hello," to try and twist my arm into taking one of their dealership used vehicles. Car was nice, but not $9K more than what I am looking to finance nice. I have never walked out of a car dealership sales experiences pissed until today. As I was leaving, magically the price was hand-written reduced by about $9K and was asked in a way that almost felt like bullying, "You don't even want to take the window sticker?" No. I want to tell you what I want to and CAN do exactly one time. After the probably fifth time in all of saying what my budgets and financial capabilities are, I would rather walk than blow a gasket because sales sharks didn't know when to stop biting. Won't be back to Fair Oaks for sales, possibly leaving Ford altogether. Update from the following day - Unsolicited phone call from the Sales Manager today basically to say, "I read your review and I don't agree with it. I wasn't pushy. I was doing my job." I fully admit just shutting him down and telling him I do not want to deal with him. Making an unsolicited call to say, "I wasn't being pushy," is certainly an interesting way of proving you are not being pushy. More
