Great parts and service I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores t I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores they had no answer at all, just a blank stare. My last resort was the dealership, which should have been my first and will be from this point on. I called Bill Wiler a salesman we just bought my wife's car from. ( awesome guy ) he pointed me in the parts and service center direction. Not only did they have the exact part I was looking for just from looking at a picture I sent but the service and time it took was awesome. My truck was back on the road and I had no worries when they were done with it. Elkins cheverolet is the real deal guys. I have received a warm welcome and awesome serivice every time I walk through the doors! More

Buyer Beware: Chevrolet doesn't care. Purchased a brand new vehicle from Elkins, part of the deal was having Chevrolet's performance exhaust installed after delivery. This cost over $1400. Purchased a brand new vehicle from Elkins, part of the deal was having Chevrolet's performance exhaust installed after delivery. This cost over $1400.00. Immediately following installation it was immediately clear something was wrong. The dual exhaust was not level, and one was pointing South and west and the other was completely pointed to the passenger side of vehicle(far east). I immediately brought this to the service managers attention who after spending hours with different mechanics trying ,myself and even the service manager himself couldn't get it installed properly. I was told they would have to order a replacement,and they even wrote it on my reciept. I also had a loud exhaust leak. After 2 weeks I was then told there would be no replacement, Elkins wanted me to leave the vehicle for another day to "make it work." I then contacted Chevrolet who did not care. I followed up with another dealer, Bennett Chevrolet who put 2 hours into trying to correct the poor installation, bent brackets and leaking exhaust. I also noted the undercoating removed from my brand new frame where Elkins had it on a lift. They had to heat it with torches for over an hour to rebend the brackets and exhaust. This left me with an "as good as we can fix it " product on a brand new vehicle ,that I paid a premium price for. Unacceptable to say the least. Elkins refuses to refund me or replace the exhaust system so here I am, lesson learned and Chevrolet doesn't care. In the future I will not only shop the price of the vehicle, but the QUALITY of the service department. I will never shop at Elkins again. They were very helpful in explaining financing, especially since this was the first time my spouse and myself co-signed a loan. I would highly recommend this dealership to any family, friend, or colleague searching for a new car. Rich was very helpful in getting me in early and out fast as I was waiting for my vehicle on a work day. The waiting area is clean with a good area to work on my computer with internet access and free coffe as I was waiting for my vehicle on a work day.
