This is the third car I have leased from Bright Bay and each experience was very pleasurable and easy. Also, the experience with closing the deal with Stephen Ramirez in Finance Department was nice and easy and no time was wasted trying to sell or pressure us in to buying any extras, which I was very happy with. It's nice to know that repeated pleasant car-buying experiences can occur with the right people, which makes it easier and less stressful to be a repeat customer in the future! More

Rich was very helpful with haggling for my new car and very upfront with the costs - no hidden nonsense. There was a little funny business with the advertised price vs. what I ended up paying, but on t very upfront with the costs - no hidden nonsense. Finally, I did have to tell THEM about a point of sale rebate in NY. That and the online price shenanigans are why I didn't give 5 stars. I would still recommend them, though. More
