They were prompt, clear and helpful. Angel did an immaculate job cleaning up the blemishes on my hood, and I feel confident they installed the trailer hitch and harness correctly. I bring in my 2019 MX 5 at least twice a year for oil changes and inspections. The service staff is courteous and professional. My salesperson Rich A was very knowledge and personable. He explained the features and benefits of the different Mazda models and listened very carefully to my story so he was able to assess my needs Rich provided the info I needed to put me in the right vehicle. Many dealerships are using "Tariff scare tactics" push their customers into quick decision making. Not so at Bright Bay. I never felt under any pressure to make a rash decision. I had a great experience when picking up my car. Rich went over the features in detail and even set up my phone and Carplay. His response time to my folllow up questions on phone calls and texts was immediate. Additionally , It was a smooth transaction when meeting with the finance person Ann Marie Hay She was also very professional and friendly. She went through all of the available options so that I was able to make a selection I never felt pressured to add anything I was not comfortable with and there were no surprises at the closing. Overall If you are looking for a dealership that is low key and welcoming I recommend Bright Bay. I love my new Mazda and anticipate the same professional care when its time for service. More
