I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran, Senior Citizen and I had the phenomenal opportunity to meet, speak and, work with Conner in the Service Department. He was very knowledgeable about the importance, process and lo phenomenal opportunity to meet, speak and, work with Conner in the Service Department. He was very knowledgeable about the importance, process and logistics of the service I was in need of on my Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography vehicle. He listened to my concerns regarding the things that I wanted and needed done. There was some slight alterations necessary to fully address my specific needs. Man when I tell you Conner was a dynamic asset to getting those things addressed and done… would be an understatement. He sat me down and itemized a composite list of the things that I was looking to have done. When I came to pick up my vehicle… I was shocked at his due diligence and tenacity to see that Every Single Thing that I requested was completed and he also made sure that my vehicle was Detailed so well, I was ecstatic to say the least. He’s a consummate determined, intelligent guy with a real heart, personality and, loads of professionalism, courtesy, integrity and honesty. This was a great experience for me and confidence booster in th Certfied Benz & Beemer Brand and Dealership as a whole. His passion for performance and dedication to perfection for the customer ranks at the top of the ranks omongst other Dealerships and their Service Departments. He treated me so well and took care of Mr Autobiography, that was why I felt so compelled to entrust him, the Service Department and THIS Dealership with the additional opportunity to service and take care of my Mercedes Benz S560 4Matic. He went straight into getting this vehicle showroom ready and thoroughly checked, tested and, Detailed… clean as a whistle. I’m very grateful and appreciative of his above and beyond approach in regards to my two vehicles. In closing I’d like to also mention Andy my salesman was terrific and very pleasant. He walked me through my purchase process without any pressure to buy. I truly appreciate that and him for being a top notch sales representative and definitely a decent customer satisfaction driven professional. I’m also going to mention Richard the Service Department Manager who went out of his way to greet me, treat me with kindness and respectfulness and assure me that he was placing me and my vehicles in the capable hands of Conner. And, last, but Not Least, there’s David James the General Sales Manager, he called me and addressed some questions I had and he was instrumental in getting me the information and provided the best feasible solutions to my situation as a customer. The Overall Customer Experience was a Very Good one. I highly recommend that if you’re interested in getting things done right in a no pressure atmosphere, Certified Benz & Beemers is the Dealership for you. I had the pleasure of working with Saw on putting together a deal for a 2018 Jaguar XFS wagon. I inquired online for availability and set up a same day appointment to check out this vehicle, when I a together a deal for a 2018 Jaguar XFS wagon. I inquired online for availability and set up a same day appointment to check out this vehicle, when I arrived was promptly greated by Saw and was able to thoroughly check out the car and the dealer provided the most current CarFax, showing me pages upon pages of service on this 91k mile Jaguar. The car was impeccable, well maintained with service records and detailed to perfection, picking the car up the dealer will maintain a ceramic coating for the life of you owning the vehicle so as an owner we are not worried about Arizona hard water spots. Even financing was easy peasy, asked for more on the vehicle I’m trading in and was granted without the need of negotiation. 2018 91k mile Jaguar, the dealer was able to help provide a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle covering just about everything on the car, and after using it am so glad I did. As requested to the dealer to have a broken ac vent in the car, they had the parts ordered and delivered to the dealership, just had to setup an appointment with them for installation and was out after 1.5 hours of labor and they got the car washed for me while I was there. All in all, I have never had such an amazing and well thought out time at a car dealership as I did at Certified Benz & Beemer. Saw especially was a professional and was able to answer all my questions about the car and provided carfax and helped negotiate my current trade in value. They even follow up via email to ensure the car is maintained with the service team. 100/100 service from this dealership. More

Que is an exceptionally good salesperson as he has a tremendous knowledge of the vehicles he's selling, a great deal of patience and was super easy to work with, no high pressure and was more than willi tremendous knowledge of the vehicles he's selling, a great deal of patience and was super easy to work with, no high pressure and was more than willing to let me test drive any vehicle. I've never had as good an experience with a car salesman as I did with Que. I also commend the dealership for low pressure and no nonsense to complete the deal with fair pricing including the trade in. My only issue was the ceramic coating/paint prep clearly had not been done but was taken care of on a follow-up visit. I would highly recommend the dealership and certainly expect to return for my next car. More

I brought my Mini Cooper Club in up there with a flashing engine light and the window was rolled down and dead battery. When I picked it up the window was still down but a thick very sticky plastic covering engine light and the window was rolled down and dead battery. When I picked it up the window was still down but a thick very sticky plastic covering was put over my window and a diagnostic was done and I was charged above dealer prices for that and I was basically told to junk the car unless I wanted to buy a new engine. When I got the car home towed by the way, I jump started the car and rolled the no I want my money back. I feel nothing could get done without putting power to the car and my window could have definitly gone up and all this sticky crap not there. More
