Brake/serpentine belt service I have been a long time customer of Woburn Toyota. They have devices my 2008 Camry since I purchased it in February 2009. I made an appointment ba I have been a long time customer of Woburn Toyota. They have devices my 2008 Camry since I purchased it in February 2009. I made an appointment based on the fact that I was encountering a metal on metal sound from my rear breaks. My mileage at time of service on November 19 2016 was 59,080. 1) I was informed that my rear breaks needed to have pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the rear pads and rotors on June 24 2015. The mileage on my car at that date was 47,016. Only 12,064 miles occurred between the two service dates. 2) I was informed that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the serpentine belt on December 26, 2013. The mileage on my car at that date was 35,607 Only 23,473 miles occurred between the two service dates. I feel it troubling that I am encountering parts installed by Woburn Toyota wearing out in, what I consider to be, well before the end of their useful life. As a result of this visit , I incurred a cost of approximately $500. I attempted to contact Rich on three occasions (twice by text and one phone message) to request if Woburn Toyota would consider prorating my repair bill based upon mileage. To date I have not received a response from Rich or any Woburn Toyota representative. More

Great Service when you need them the most My 2006 Corolla developed a serious problem while I was driving back from Boston. I quickly drove to Woburn Toyota and spoke to Rich who was able to My 2006 Corolla developed a serious problem while I was driving back from Boston. I quickly drove to Woburn Toyota and spoke to Rich who was able to look at my car, assess the problem and get my car fixed without an appointment! Rich reassured me and even set me up with a rental car so I could make my meeting on time. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I fully expect to continue using Woburn Toyota service for the foreseeable future. More

Worst customer service ever!!!! I will never go back. No one answers phones for a half hour every time I call service. I have been a long time customer. Be careful they tell every customer that you need a new cabin filter. They charge 40 dollars for a 5 dollar part that you can buy at their parts store and install very easily yourself in a few seconds. Take your car to a reputable car mechanic don't trust these thieves!!!! They have put 4 sets of tires on my car and the car has 75k miles on it. When they told me it needed new tires I had another company check the alignment I was told that it looked like the car had never been aligned. They charged an extra 75 dollars because they had to use a torch to free up the adjusters. I was promised new tires from Richard Allessi the service manager for free and then they lied and now won't replace them. Liars, thieves and rude are the only way to describe them. Dont be the next disappointed customer. Called Toyota in Texas to complain and got no where! I have bought 5 brand new Toyota vehicles over the last 17 years and will never buy another. Update same day: within 5 minutes of submitting this review I received a call from the C.O.O. (Chief Operating Officer) Reidar Davies. I had spoke to him about my issue 3 hours earlier and he had not called me back. During those 3 hours he told me that he had not looked into any of my issues or looked up any service records. He was calling about the review I had just posted. Apparently although I wrote this review on October 12,2016 it will not get posted until October 26,2016. This is so the dealership can contact me to see if we can resolve any issues. Without looking into any of my complaints his decision was to not replace my tires and to go along with service manager Richard Allessi. It was obvious to me that his decision was based not on any investigation that he had done but the fact that I had posted a bad review online. Once again instead of investigating and maybe making it a learning experience to improve customer service he told me not to contact them anymore. More

As you know, my daughter broke down near your place and the tow driver said it was her alternator. We asked for the nearest Dealer, and they said, you. We use Bernie Geddry for parts and service and Bernardi Toyota in Framingham for our Toyotas, and have done so for twenty years. Bernie and Margie are our friends and neighbors and they spoke very highly of you and your Dealership. You did a complete diagnostics on the vehicle, tested the battery, alternator, the works, plus driving it, running it, and even letting it sit overnight and starting it in the a.m. to make sure that it did not stall or exhibit any operating issues. When we picked up, you charged us $0.00!!! I know the diagnostics are at least $189., plus all the time and effort you spent. I am floored by your excellent service and attention to my vehicle. Very responsive and efficient! I had a significant problem develop with my 2006 Corolla and also needed to have a recall taken care of on very short notice. I spoke with Rich Aless I had a significant problem develop with my 2006 Corolla and also needed to have a recall taken care of on very short notice. I spoke with Rich Alessi, who has been tremendous for me over at least the last 15 years, and he helped get everything arranged on my very tight schedule. Rich Dalton handled the service when I brought the car in, and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently - including quickly diagnosing the problem that was much more serious (but readily remedied). I fully expect to continue using Woburn Toyota service for the foreseeable future, both because of the service I received this time and because of how helpful Rich Alessi has been for as long as I can remember. More
