Great Experience with Billy Goss and Cowboy Toyota Billy Goss was recommended to me by a couple friends and co-workers of my girlfriend and I. And, I'm very glad I visited him. He is not a high pressure salesman and will do everything (within reason) he can to help his customers. He's friendly, but not "slimy". Billy was great in looking for the exact truck I wanted, even though that changed a couple times during the buying process. I originally wanted a manual transmission and he didn't try to force me into an automatic as others had done. Then, when we learned that I wouldn't be able to get some of the options (in particular the upgraded radio with navigation) in the manual, he was patient as we listened MY music in various trucks and my car so that I could determine if I wanted the upgraded sound or not. He explained everything to me when it looked like I'd have to order a truck. And, then, when I decided on a truck on their allotment list, he kept me up to date as to when it would (and did) "hit port", when it got a vin number, and when he thought it would be in. When the truck finally did come in, he was great setting everything up in it and explaining everything it could do. What's more, he genuinely seemed almost as excited as I was about the new truck! With regards to the deal itself, I feel that I got a fair price (better than anywhere else I spoke to) and what they offered me for my trade was more than I expected. Lastly, when I visited the finance office to sign paperwork, I was very happy that Richard had a similar no nonsense approach. He didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want and didn't waste time trying to scare me into buying something or telling me how "he'd feel better if I had nitrogen in my tires" like other dealerships have done in the past. Richard got me what I feel is a fair loan at a fair rate without a bunch of useless fees and add-ons that I didn't want or need. I was very pleased with my experience with him. I plan to keep this truck for a long time, but when it comes time to buy something new, Billy and Cowboy Toyota are on the top of my list of places to visit and I will (and have) recommend(ed) them to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More

These two ladies worked hard as I dragged my feet working the deal. They did not get upset or show any frustration. This was the best car buying experience I have had in my many years of buying vehicles since I am in my 50's. Karen was excellent from the very beginning with the buying deal. She recognized that I was not a person who enjoyed purchasing vehicles. She was very knowledgable in the Tundra I wanted to buy and kept me informed. We worked to get the maximum rebates and pricing I wanted and made the process smooth. I was not placed in an office and left there for long periods of time but was respected for the way I wanted to be treated which I established from the beginning. I wanted a specific color 1794 which was in short supply. Due to a recall it was taking a couple of weeks so Karen and Patrick found one for me that was released and had a couple of employees drive to Oklahoma pick it up and drive it back. It was prepped, inspected in Texas and cleaned to make it ready for me to pick up the following morning. In the mean time they had already prepared the financing and had it ready when I showed up and Richard made that process go smoothly and quickly. All in all I would highly recommend Cowboy Toyota, Karen Schlatterer and the team. I could not have had a friendlier, more knowledgeable experience anywhere else. More

A great dealership to work with! First, they were kind enough to come get us at our home since we did not have a car. I normally dread going to dealerships and dealing with uncomfortable situations, but my fiancee and I had a lot of good laughs while dealing with their kind and fun-loving staff. I dealt with 7 area dealers and by far in my experiences, Karen was the most upfront, friendly, honest, NO Hassle, truthful, absolutely non aggressive and responsive sales representative that I encountered during my new purchase journey. Upfront, she explained the sales tactics and hidden pricing obscurities other dealers would apply, to which I encountered at several other dealerships. With Karen, the bottom price quote she presented to me was absolute to the end of closing and no other hidden or extras charges were ever added on at the end, period!! It was the agreed upon price (of course plus TTL, which is State imposed, not dealer ship). One last very important point, she provided me with the lowest price of all the dealerships I dealt with, WAY TO GO KAREN !!! I just purchased my very first car. I was a nervous, but excited mess. Lianne Mann was very helpful in reassuring me that I was in good hands. She knew the answer to every question I had.
