Arno Orsini was courteous, and responsive in introducing my husband and me to the GLC300W4 (We were replacing a 2017 BMW X3 which was written off in a collision). He quickly located an available vehicle en my husband and me to the GLC300W4 (We were replacing a 2017 BMW X3 which was written off in a collision). He quickly located an available vehicle en route to Baltimore by ship. The test drive demonstrated some advantages for me as primary driver that were lacking in the BMW. I felt at home in it right away...gear shifting on the steering column, comfortable climate control, and seat adjustments, blind spot alert, smooth and peppy ride. (Also a door much easier to open without swing back!) I was not so much at home with the screen based feature interface.
