Richard has been one of the best support professsionals we have encountered with anything we have interacted in a retail setup ever. His attitude, knowledge and ability to walk customers through are the be we have encountered with anything we have interacted in a retail setup ever. His attitude, knowledge and ability to walk customers through are the best. He is so prompt, well mannered, highly knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. He helped us with our new Lexus vehicle the first day by orienting us to all the new features and was extremely polite and patient with us throughout. We stopped by the next day for something else and Richard was our again solving our problems and also eloi g us get through to a sales professional for another vehicle we were hoping to get. I know Richard will grow and do great things in his career and we highly recommend him with his managers and other customers alike. Keep making your customers delighted, Richard. More
