Got the car I wanted and within my budget I usually keep my Toyota vehicles for +220K miles, but when the AC went out on my 2007 Camry XLE, I had to let her go. Started researching for my next I usually keep my Toyota vehicles for +220K miles, but when the AC went out on my 2007 Camry XLE, I had to let her go. Started researching for my next Toyota. Found what I wanted and decided on how much $$ I could squeeze into my budget after not having car payments for (many!) years. Richard Bui (Sales Consultant) was easy to work with. Not alot of pressure. Nice, easy-going guy. Brought the new car to my home along with the paperwork, and took my trade-in. The finance team was able to work with me to get me what I needed to stay within my budget. Overall, I'm very pleased with Family Toyota. More

The Family Toyota Arlington sales manager and sales employees were the worst used car salesman I've ever experienced. Did not look up my credit application at all. Very hard to deal with. When I called employees were the worst used car salesman I've ever experienced. Did not look up my credit application at all. Very hard to deal with. When I called and asked questions about what type of car and down payment amount I needed to qualify for financing the salesman became very rude and never gave me any options. Kept asking for how much money I had for car. Worst Customer Service. More
