As someone who is a service advisor in the automotive industry. I have to say it's nice to see that there are still some honest service reps who don't try to rip your head off with a bunch of nonsense up industry. I have to say it's nice to see that there are still some honest service reps who don't try to rip your head off with a bunch of nonsense up sales. I bought my wife a 20 4runner and traded in our 19 Vw Atlas. Everyone I spoke to recommended that I only deal with TJ and I'm glad I listened. He was absolutely great to deal with. Although I am able to perform service on my own vehicle at my dealership. I will continue to bring all 3 of my toyotas to this dealership and continue to deal with TJ. More

Richard Bui was incredible. He worked with us on ordering a RAV4 hybrid SE. It was delayed a couple times which he can't control but he messaged me every day any update he had. I began my search for a Highlander Hybrid Platinum in April of 2021. My options have been limited due to the microchip shortage and the fact that I was color specific.
