Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. My wife and I have been Findlay Toyota customers since 2007 and my family has been Findlay customers since their original dealership in the early 1960's. Being a repeat customer says it all. I have no tolerance for shoddy or dishonest service and have ceased doing business with dealerships for other car brands we've owned after just one bad experience. More

I like the ease of checking in. There was some confusion of what service I wanted. I felt Richard was more into selling me service than understanding what I want. However, he was ni There was some confusion of what service I wanted. I felt Richard was more into selling me service than understanding what I want. However, he was nice, patient, and eventually we got what needed to be done. I like the web based system where I could accept or decline what services needed to be done. Services do seem a little pricey. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. If I had to choose between auto service places, my priority would be price, reliability, trust over the convenience of the web based system and waiting area. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend if price isn’t the main factor. More

They seem to really have their stuff together. I really like how they offer Lyft rides. Sometimes I choose just to wait because of the waiting area is comfortable and has amenities.
