My mom is so very happy with her purchase due to Sales Associate , Mr. Richard Donoso ! He was throughout so polite, courteous, patient, upbeat, not pushy , knowledgeable & most of all a wonderful person Associate , Mr. Richard Donoso ! He was throughout so polite, courteous, patient, upbeat, not pushy , knowledgeable & most of all a wonderful person. It was my mom's birthday as well as Valentine's Day that she wanted to only browse a brand new Mercedes Benz of her dream, never thinking of actually buying one on that day. Mr. Donoso worked so hard to find the right SUV for her and we came to an agreeable purchase. The best thing about the ordeal was that when we returned to finalize the deal, my mom upgraded to the next model up with all the bells and whistles, this couldn't have happen if it wasn't for Mr. Richard Donoso diligent work ethics. We were originally going to Bayside dealership but it worked out that they weren't hungry for the sale. We definitely will recommend to friends or our relatives about Richard Donoso at Silver Star if you're in the market for one or just browsing a Mercedes Benz of any model and you will not regret it, we didn't! We love everything the GLB250 has to offer and on top of that, my older brother purchased a vehicle as well from Silver Star Motors. : ) More
