Great Experience Purchasing my First Car! I recently entered the workforce after graduating college and finally saved up enough money to buy my own car! Richard was not only extremely informat I recently entered the workforce after graduating college and finally saved up enough money to buy my own car! Richard was not only extremely informational and honest, he was also just a really nice guy and easy to work with (especially since I was SO difficult to work with!) He got it to a price I could handle and even went above and beyond to work some minor paint (rock chips on the hood and door ding) work into the deal. After bragging about my new car purchase I learned that two of my co-workers have also purchased their cars from this dealership, and although they weren't purchased from Richard, they also had great experiences! Buying your own car is kind of a big deal, and I'm glad it was such a great experience rather than a terrible one. Thanks, Richard! More

Like many other reviewers here, the most noticeable feature of my experience with Dean Team I was very pleased with the level of service I received. Like many other reviewers here, the most noticeable feature of my experience with Dean Team VW was their professional attitude and that they were never pushy (unlike most other dealers I did test drives with). I dealt with Richard, who was always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them. More

Great Experience I came to Dean Team after having a bad experience earlier in the day at another dealership. I left that dealership without a car and even called anot I came to Dean Team after having a bad experience earlier in the day at another dealership. I left that dealership without a car and even called another before calling Dean Team. No one wanted to discuss things on the phone. When I called DT Richard answered all of my questions, was very kind and understanding on the phone. He even offered to get the ball rolling by getting as much of my info over the phone as he could and checking to make sure I could afford what I wanted. He was quick to get back to me yet didn't pressure me into coming in immediately. Later that evening I came in to look at what he found me, needless to say, my eyes were a bit bigger than my budget and he was more than understanding and helped me find something I loved just as much. Scott was quick with my financing and very friendly, he understood what I meant when I told him I couldn't go past a certain payment amount (a lot of times this is not the case) and somehow Richard and Scott got me into that car in less than 2 hours--HUGE difference compared to the fact that I spent ALL day at the other dealership. These guys are FANTASTIC. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was inconveincing anyone even though I came in very close to close, and I actually ended up taking Richard's demo car that he was driving---thank you! You guys have restored my faith in the car leasing process. More
