Richard guided us to the right package for us and everyone else was great to talk/deal with to. Scott Roberts was also instrumental in helping us with our purchase. They showed us a few different year/models of the TIguan, and were SO knowledgable about the car, the differences between models/prices. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us- they asked questions to help fit us in the best car within our budget. We had never leased before, and had a lot of questions. Richard and Scott walked us through each step, and made the process more simple than we could have imagined. They presented us with the different lease options and prices, and helped us decide what would work best for us. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and an all around pleasant experience! And we love our car! More

Great Experience!! I went to The Dean Team in Ballwin thinking I was going to purchase a small pre-owned Mazda SUV. I didn't like the Mazda so Scott, the Sales Manager, I went to The Dean Team in Ballwin thinking I was going to purchase a small pre-owned Mazda SUV. I didn't like the Mazda so Scott, the Sales Manager, asked if I wanted to see a few other options. He was never a pushy salesman and he took the time to show me several different cars and SUVs. I recently graduated from college and my parent's went with me to offer advice. As it turned out Scott did such a great job of explaining everything and offering me several options for both purchase and lease that it was easy to make the final decisions on my own. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and informative - their customer service is AMAZING and I LOVE my new Jetta! More
