Great Salesman We were very happy with our Sales man Russell. He was nonpressuring and listened to our requests. He was knowledgeable and patient. He and Gary got our payments where we wanted them and into the vehicle we wanted. Only disappointment was that the used vehicle we purchased had a few things that should have been corrected prior to the sale causing us to take the 1 1/2 hour drive back to the dealership. Regardless, we will do business with Murray Ford again. More

Impulse Buy but Like the Car Ok, so I originally went to Murray Hill expecting to drive an AWD vehicle and was disappointed that I chose to buy a FWD Edge instead. I felt that I Ok, so I originally went to Murray Hill expecting to drive an AWD vehicle and was disappointed that I chose to buy a FWD Edge instead. I felt that I had made an impulse buy and called the dealership 2 days later to express my disappointment. Amir Asadi called me back with options to assist with my “impulse buy.” By that time, I had decided that I did like the Edge and would keep it. He assured me that Murray Hill Ford would be glad to assist me with any problems which may occur in the future with my new car. My family recently took the Ford Edge on vacation in the mountains and thoroughly enjoyed the handling and comfort of the vehicle. I’ve yet to use Murray Hill’s service department, but if they are as professional as Sales, I’m sure that I will be pleased. More

Phenomenal Warm and inviting, as soon as you walk though the door. I worked with Shane throughout my purchases process.
