Extremely Disappointed in my new XT4 purchase. One very important feature I wanted was the wireless charging feature in the center armrest area. I was assured by both the salesperson and the General Manager, that if I purchased the one they had on the lot, they would order the part and install it. Well, it turns out, they can't order and install the part. The option they offered was to sell me a different vehicle that would cost me up to $15,000 more! If I wanted to spend $15,000 more, I would have made that decision before I finalized the purchase. Now I am asking to be compensated for not providing this feature and their response is since they included into the deal, and I'm not entitled to anything???? But I didn't get what I bought, so it really looks like bait and switch. Bottom line.....if I was told that the wireless charging was NOT possible on this vehicle, I would not have bought it!! And Cadillac customer service is a waste of time. So, I'm still trying to get resolution and texted the salesperson 3 days ago, and no response....Meanwhile, the car is sitting in my garage as I don't want to put miles on it until this is resolved. I bought the vehicle in mid May, so we're 3 months into this already with no resolution. I did not name the sales person as he tried to help, but he has no authority to make any decision whatsoever - all decisions are made by the GM. More
