I have been calling this dealership for over a week. My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. I went to go buy a truck from them that I found listed on the Internet. Truck was listed for $62,000, but when I asked for the price in order to get financed, they try to switch the price up to $69,000. Addi the Internet. Additionally, they added a bunch of random fees that equated up to $4000 additional. Finally, they removed those additional fees and brought the price of the truck to the original listed price. They made it seem as though they were doing me a favor. I specifically asked if the car was a clean Carfax, for which day then responded “yes, absolutely!” After pulling my credit unnecessarily twice, because I specifically told them I will be financing the car myself through my own bank, it was uncovered that the car was a lemon law car. They tried to convince me that the car was recalled due to a window motor. That was a bold face lie trying to trick me into buying the truck. They also told me it would take them several hours to investigate the reason behind the recall, yet another lie. The reason was listed on the Carfax that they conveniently didn’t show me. The truck was recalled because it goes into limp mode. That could be a number of reasons. They completely lied, pulled a bait and switch, did false advertising, and were completely unethical in their approach to selling vehicles. I strongly urge you to consider other dealerships before dealing with these crooks. More
