My husband and I felt like we were victim of the bate-and-switch game. We were assured that a Suburban we wanted was available and they were going to hold it for us as we drove almost an hour to the bate-and-switch game. Once we were there, Ron and another salesperson were in an argument and the F-bomb was dropped. Apparently, the Suburban was never for sale and Ron ordered for another customer and didn't put any sold sign on it. Ron then assured us that he would find what we wanted and we would leave owning a new vehicle. Two hours later we walked away with empty promises! More
