I was more then impressed with their willingness to do anything and everything to make the situation correct... Turns out they were right. They were not pushy at all and worked with my husband and I over a couple of days just to find the right vehicle for us and make sure it was within o They were not pushy at all and worked with my husband and I over a couple of days just to find the right vehicle for us and make sure it was within our budget. While it did take a bit of going back and forth to get in our budget range, Miko and Richard were patient and quick to problem solve. While we didn't end up in the car that we thought we were going to get, we wound up in something better with fewer miles and better gas mileage. I highly recommend going to Echo Park next time you're looking for a vehicle. The customer service is top notch, and the test driving experience was easy.
