I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and that’s where I met Ben - an amazing person! You can tell he really cares and had a great personality and made me feel comfortable. I will be recommending Fort Washington BMW to everybody! More

Came for service tbh is morning and was greeted by Ben. He provided excellent service and loved his energy. Melany was also very helpful with creating my loaner car paperwork.
