Brought my X5 into BMW OF FORT WASHINGTON FOR SERVICE. … Boy talk about rolling out the red carpet from the time I pulled up to service greeted by Amie Marshall my service advisors the Service director R … Boy talk about rolling out the red carpet from the time I pulled up to service greeted by Amie Marshall my service advisors the Service director Rich Lanci , Ryan Young the service manager and Ben Ammar they all treated me with the utmost respect They gave me a loaner with no problems told me around when the car was going to ready and at The end got a text it was finished I picked it up the same day repaired as promised washed and ready to go .Want to thank the general manager , Mike Fastman and his whole time for the outstanding service. I have owned or leased more than 44 cars since 1975 and I have to say, leasing my 2019 5 series under Bryan was the easiest piece of business I have done. Bryan made it a flawless process, start to finis have to say, leasing my 2019 5 series under Bryan was the easiest piece of business I have done. Bryan made it a flawless process, start to finish, almost too easy to believe. I work for Sloane Auto Group and their BMW store in Devon is your No. 1 adversary. My loyalty for over a decade has been to WG and the Cesarini family. I can only hope that the new owners appreciate what they have in Bryan and others - Amy and Lenny and Rich in Service - etc. How that plays out will determine whether people such as myself stay with BMW of Fort Washington. And yes, David Sloane, who runs BMW of Devon, has tried to woo since I knew him as a Flyer and covered him when I worked for Comcast SportsNet. I have Bryan's back and hope the new guys have all their employees' backs. More
