Terrific customer service especially if you buy a used car and the 6 month/6,000 really does not cover the use car you purchase. When you have a initial problem with the car and bring it back they will lo car and the 6 month/6,000 really does not cover the use car you purchase. When you have a initial problem with the car and bring it back they will look at you like you are the problem and the GM Richard is really no help states he will call you back but never will and I even spoken to the sales manager who attempted to talk me into bringing the car back to trade out of if when I begin having problem with my used car just 2 weeks after purchase. I will never return there and I will also advise my friends to never shop there for a new or used vehicle because they are in the business of selling a car it does not matter what car it is. More

So hard to deal with This dealership...I went in to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days promotion. Noticed when I went to sign my contract that was not the deal This dealership...I went in to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days promotion. Noticed when I went to sign my contract that was not the deal I was getting, I asked them so they changed it I sign the contract all is well. A few days later I get a call letting know the bank they picked doesn't offer that deal. So to make it right I need to come pick up a check for the first months payment and re-sign something. So I do, only to receive a copy of check and a promise to mail it... never got it, that was in April, In May, I got a call again, that I needed to sign something again.... this time they will come to me, ok check on my check please because my payment is due in June.... no word on the check... Finally after call after call, I got my check and my contract.... biggest headache of my life. So stressful to deal with. I don't even want to take my car there for service. My husband spoke with Richard and they assured him they want to "make it right" we will see. More
