The service was quick and easy. The only problem I found was that the GMC App did no tell the service department know I was coming at my scheduled day and time....That is the only item that needs attention. was that the GMC App did no tell the service department know I was coming at my scheduled day and time....That is the only item that needs attention. Brought car in for repair, service writer ordered the part but never callled to say it was in we had to follow. Set up a time and date but when I arrived there was no record of the appt or what service t part but never callled to say it was in we had to follow. Set up a time and date but when I arrived there was no record of the appt or what service the car. Required. We finally found the service writer who had the paperwork in a folder. After that the repair was done quickly and seems to be working well. More
