Worst Experience(Sales, Service and Customer Service) I do not know where to start but I have almost life threatening experience from my Toyota highlander. I am using Toyota since I got driving license an I do not know where to start but I have almost life threatening experience from my Toyota highlander. I am using Toyota since I got driving license and I never had this kind of experience before. I was driving on an I-95 truck route. There was one truck ahead of me and one behind me and there are other vehicles on side. There were no option to go any side and suddenly my engine stopped and I was not able to speed up my car even using full accelerator. Truck behind me pressing his horn, which scared me. I almost leave all hope and luckily it started again and I survived but I got very scared by this incident that I am still scared of driving that car. I took that car to Glen Toyota from where I got that Toyota highlander (One of the worst mistake by choosing that dealer). I explained them my situation but its look as if they do not care much. They just want to sell their vehicle. The service provider Richard was very rude with me. They took my car but refused to give me loaner. After so much requesting, he gave me Corolla, very small car. Next day, I got information about safety recall in Toyota highlander. According to that recall, I am facing that entire problem that was mentioned in recall. I call glen Toyota and to my surprise, they are not aware about any recall. They were not ready to accept even after ask them to check online. I had to call Toyota customer service and then they accepted (Toyota customer service experience was also not pleasant). Next day, they told me they did not find anything in car and want me to take my car back and drive them. I told them if you are taking responsibility that, that kind of problem will not come again then I can take car. They refused to take any responsibility. I told them, take this car back and give me new one. They refused for that. My car is with them since 3 months and there is no resolution yet. Glen Toyota is worst dealer I have seen. Specially, their Service Center is one of the worst. Whenever, I go for service they forget something and I have to go back to fix it. I have tried Toyota Customer service as well and they said they will talk to dealer and told me that it's dealer's fault. Toyota is saying it is dealer's fault and dealer saying its Toyota’s fault. I do not know what to do. I will never by Toyota again. I am paying for Highlander and driving Corolla. I am planning to sue Toyota and Glen Toyota both for misbehaving with me and ask me to drive faulty car where there is risk of life. I cannot tell you, how scared I am from that incident. Just sharing so someone else do not have to face that kind of trouble. Thanks for reading. More

Where shall we start? Initial impressions were good but did not receive a copy of the window sticker of the truck I was interested in. So the following Monday I called and requested the document. I then found out the truck had more than I wanted so I backed away from that vehicle. Now they knew what I wanted and they advised a truck was on its way in. Sounds good except when they priced out the 2nd vehicle, they removed a very important charge which was included in the 1st. I also spoke to John the sales manager several times about the pricing, since I went to Glen Toyota because they were the closest COSTCO dealership. Only when we directed to the "finance" office, where they talk you into add-ons, did I find out that my truck price did not include GAP insurance. I have leased at least 10 vehicles prior to this Toyota and not 1 has not included GAP insurance. After extensive conversation John cut the GAP cost in half but I was still not happy. Last but not least, the next business day, which was Monday, I receive a call from the sales person informing me they forgot to put the inspection sticker on the truck. They asked me when I could bring the truck back, which is a 30-45 minute drive. I asked when they can be in my neighborhood to put the sticker in my truck. It went over their heads. This dealership needs help. More
