I have been going to Elmwood Dodge for years. This is the 3rd new vehicle that I have purchased from them. I recently purchased a new 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. The staff at Elmwood seem to be getting better each time I go there. From the receptionists, to the sales staff, to the service staff, and finally the finance department. Everyone worked hard to get the best price for the vehicle to me. They continued to find rebates that brought the price down. My wife and I left happy and that's not always an easy thing to do. Richard Miranda was our salesman. Mr. Miranda was very knowledgable and friendly. He also answered about 150 of our children's questions with enthusiasm and a smile! Our trade in was let's just say "tired". Elmwood Dodge gave us a trade in deal that left us feeling that we got the better end of it! A number of other salesman were also very friendly and cordial with us even though it was not their sale. I would highly recommend Elmwood Dodge to everyone! More

Purchased a new vehicle in the past at this dealership with a good experience. We needed a new vehicle. Price and financing were important. Our sales person was Richard Miranda, he listened to what was with a good experience. We needed a new vehicle. Price and financing were important. We were told to pick the car up the next day and spent another hour and forty minutes waiting. I hope the service center is better then our sales experience. I've been a Ford truck man my whole live but, after going to Rodman Ford that changed. They got me in there with an 0% financing over 60 months offer advertised on TV but, when I got there this offer changed to Rodman Ford that changed. Weary of "slick salesmen" I went to Elmwood. Kyle, was super friendly and narrowed down the trucks based on what I was looking for, before even walking in the door. Rich Miranda listened to me, didn't rush me, and worked with Vinnie to get my monthly payments down to where I could afford them. They gave me a fair trade in value for my Ford truck, offered a few other incentives with the financing, worked with my insurance company and registered the new vehicle for me. You don't buy a new truck often but when you do, I'd recommend going somewhere that focuses on the customer and that's what Elmwood Dodge does. I love driving my 2012 Dodge Ram double cap pickup, I get compliments on this truck every day! More

I initially contaced Elmwood through the internet, and had a couple of helpful emails from James and Kyle. I then visited and was introduced to Richard Miranda. Both Richard and Dennis were very pleasant, and a trade in price and sales price were quickly reached, and the bottom line was fair. Vinny had the financing arranged in a few minutes. The Jeep I wanted had to be picked up some distance away, but I was driving it the next day! This was a very good sales experience, the best I've experienced. I recommend Elmwood to anyone who wants a friendly hassle free experience, and a fair price. More

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased or leased from Elmwood Dodge - specifically Richard Miranda. The reason for my recent purchase was due to the end of the lease on my previous vehicle. I previously leased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from Richard Miranda. On a return trip from Florida this April, the car broke down in South Carolina. The cost to me to repair the vehicle was $649.00. Upon my return and speaking with the service manager at Elmwood Dodge, Jim Verdoia, he advised me that had the incident happened in Rhode Island, he would have repaired the vehicle for me at no charge. He is currently diligently working with me to have my money refunded. I have never in all the years I have done business with these two gentleman had a negative experience. They are both courteous, professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
