I received an email back from James immediately after visiting website. He offered his assistance and ultimately scheduled an appointment with me according to my schedule. He was polite, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. When my wife and I arrived, James greeted us by name and introduced us to Richard. Richard understood what we were looking to accomplish and offered a few options of vehicles. We negotiated with Richard and Ben and the final price was outside of our budget. We left and I visited a few other dealers to understand our options. James called me back to try to put a deal together and I explained we could move up a bit if they could come down a bit. Richard called us back and the deal was made. We met with Vinny in financing and he made us feel welcomed and relaxed with financing. Bev put all the paperwork together and the following day we drove away in our new Town & Country. I have purchased many vehicles and am sure I am not the easiest buyer but the Team at Elmwood made the deal happen in a professional, fun, courteous and polite manner and we ended up with a better vehicle then we originally were looking for and a fair price. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will consider buying there again. I also look forward to having the vehicle serviced at Elmwood and hope that experience is similar. We couldn't have expected a better overall car buying experience and the Elmwood Team should be proud of a job well done. More

I came in after a lot of research, but with no plans to actually buy. James Bray sent me email reminders to check them out. I wanted an after market sunroof and Richard Miranda put me on the phone with the person that puts them in, so I could feel assured of price and what I received was what I wanted. Relaxed and happy I left the lot on a Sunday and first thing in the AM all was settled. I picked up my car today with the new sunroof and everything was as promised. Thanks to all involved. ps Richard you owe me another soda. More

We have been doing business with Elmwood for over twenty years and the reason Elmwood is a five star dealership is because the EMPLOYEES are all five star people. The red carpet treatment is always extended, and in our case, the friendship and mutual trust developed between us is priceless. Dealing with Richard Miranda, Richie Ruggiero, Dennis, and Vinnie Asermely is just like dealing with family. Our dealings with the service department with our previous vehicles has always been smooth and problem free, thanks to Service Manager Jim Verdoia and Head Mechanic Ernie. I was in the market for a used 2011 Chrysler 200. I wanted to make the buying experience as pain free as possible, so I did a lot of research online and obtained my own financing. I shopped around a lot online to see what inventory dealerships had to offer before choosing Elmwood. I had purchased vehicles at Elmwood before and they had a couple of 200’s I was interested in. Once at the dealership, Sherman was very knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to talk to and definitely felt no pressure to buy. The Finance guy Vinnie was great to deal with. I had already acquired my own financing with a bank so he asked what my interest rate was and he went to work trying to find me a lower rate (which he did) and saved me quite a bit of money on financing. I left feeling like I got a good deal on the car and we weren't stuck in the 'price haggling' merry-go-round. Overall, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Elmwood to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Even though there is a Chrysler dealer 10 minutes from my house, I will be using Elmwood (30 min away) for any service needs and future purchases that I have. They are worth it!!! More
