Professional and Personable Experience I met Richard on the lot when I was just stopping by to look at the Sierra Elevation models. From that point forward he was a knowledgeable professional that made my truck buying experience painless. As promised he followed up to set an appointment for me to return without any pressure, called on the day of the appointment to ensure I was still able to make it and as I found out later he was there on his day off to accommodate my schedule to get the deal done. The process was smooth and efficient, there was no back and forth to answer the questions and requests I had with the purchase and my trade in and the end result is a very satisfied and loyal new customer. I also had a very pleasant experience with Levi Lewis during the finance phase and although it was late and the shop was shut down had a nice overview of the Service department from Kevin Wellborn. Jim Ellis is doing it right - great job and thanks to Richard and your entire team for all their hard work and professionalism. I will highly recommend your dealership moving forward! More

Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I received a very fair deal without any back and forth drama. After test driving earlier in the day, I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck in two hours. You really can't beat that experience. I enjoyed working with Richard Newton who was very knowledgeable and upfront about pricing. I highly recommend asking for Richard and would certainly buy from him again. Nate and Dee were also very supportive and helpful in getting me in and out quickly. More
