Richard Nixon contacted me over the phone and gave me the opportunity to explain our unique situation. I had been in a car accident the previous month and just had spinal fusion surgery. We knew I was going to be able to drive in a few weeks, but our family was going to be short a car. Richard worked to find us the perfect vehicle for our family and my current limited abilities. Jim Ellis GMC and Richard gave us a GREAT price compared to any price we found nationwide (and believe me, I did research!), and treated our family with the upmost respect. This is the second vehicle our family has bought from Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Georgia, and we will be customers for life. Finally a car buying experience to write home about Joe and Richards at Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Georgia are a top notch group. We called all over the metro area trying to nail down a price for GMC Canyon Joe and Richards at Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Georgia are a top notch group. We called all over the metro area trying to nail down a price for GMC Canyon and all we got was the run around and bait and switch tactics. The on line prices elsewhere are a load of crap. Joe sent us a written estimate and said if we want the car listed then it would cost no more than what he sent us. Were Jim Ellis’ on line prices the lowest? NO, but after you add on the dealer installed paint fees, tire fees, installed trim packages, and the ever present bet the customer is an uninformed consumer fee the other dealers were charging, then Jim Ellis’ prices were very competitive and the whole process was a delight. 2 hours from driving on the lot to driving away in my new truck. That included a test drive and waiting on financing, which also was a breeze. This place gets 10 out of 10 stars from us More
