They over charged me for the vehicle. The window sticker was left in the vehicle and it was $787 less than I paid for the car. I spoke to Bernie Gonzales about this and he said he would call me back, Never heard a word. Also I was told they would get a strap sent to me that was supposed to go in the cargo area in back of the car. That holds boxes or bags in place. No, I will never say anything positive about my experience with your company. Hopefully, other dealerships with Jim Ellis have more respect for their clients. I own a business and I would not treat anyone like I was treated. More

Saved me money I knew the car I wanted to buy when I walked into the dealership. I had priced it at 2 dealerships that were closer to my home. They had my car just a I knew the car I wanted to buy when I walked into the dealership. I had priced it at 2 dealerships that were closer to my home. They had my car just at the front door with a banner saying $8000 off so I told Richard Newton that I wanted to buy that car. He did not try to change my mind, instead he set about helping me to buy it. It turned out that I was able to buy the car I wanted for at least $2000 less than I had been offered at the other 2 dealers. More
