So the service center does not like the sales team or vice versa which makes it very hard to get anything done everyone there does not care about their customers believe me I had a 21 Sorrento in the sho vice versa which makes it very hard to get anything done everyone there does not care about their customers believe me I had a 21 Sorrento in the shop for 38 days they could give two blanks about it just saying good luck with this company by the way made in Korea better go to Japan More

Getting my car serviced was fine and the customer service was fine, including the shuttle driver. My problem was what happened after the service. I got into my vehicle only to find trash in my car. There was was fine, including the shuttle driver. My problem was what happened after the service. I got into my vehicle only to find trash in my car. There was a paper cup and paper from a straw left in my cup holder. I paid over $300 to get my car serviced only to get in my vehicle to find trash left behind by your workers. More

Who ever wants the worst customer service in the world this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600 this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600.00 before they even looked at the vehicle. My wife ends up calling me she puts on Doug the service wrighter. All of a sudden the price drops by over 450.00 and this is still before they even checked out the vehicle. Then the cashier I do believe her name is Brandi was making very rude and snide comments about my wife while Doug walked my wife out to her vehicle. I called in was told very rudely that the general manager dose not take phone calls. This customer service that my wife and I received is very unethical. I'm still waiting on the service manager to call me and discuss this situation and it has been well over a week. I still expect a phone call and some kind of redemption on this manner. I find Doug to be very sexist probably wouldn't put it past him to over charge every woman that comes in the door.... I need a call back to resolve this issue.......... More

This dealer ship sucks. I called to have a recall taken care of. I couldn't get in for 2 weeks. Then when I get my appointment. I have to bring my car in a day early cause we work. The day of my appointmen care of. I couldn't get in for 2 weeks. Then when I get my appointment. I have to bring my car in a day early cause we work. The day of my appointment. I get a call from the company. Saying they don't have the part. I said now you knew I was coming in to have the recall taken care of. So how come you don't have the part. Oh we ran out now. You wasted my time coming there and you should have known how many parts you had or even put the part aside if you took the appointment. You people suck. Then when my husband came to pickup the car. The girl that waited on him was nasty. This isnt the first time we have had problems with you company but it is the last time I will never buy from your company again. And I love my KIA. Make sure the owner see this complaint. You suck!!! More
