My salesman was Brian. He did a great job of helping me find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financ find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financing so that caused an issue. Also, I was told I’d receive my new license plate in about a week (I’m leasing). Even though I reached out to the dealership, the tags still expired with no call from the dealership. I had to reach out a second time and worry about getting a ticket for expired plates. I got them 42 days after I signed the contract. That just wasn’t acceptable. More
