Very good sales experience. I had a very good sales experience, I was even satisfied with the trade price that I received. But, as far as when I picked up my 2012 GMC I was not a I had a very good sales experience, I was even satisfied with the trade price that I received. But, as far as when I picked up my 2012 GMC I was not as impressed with the service. The truck was not clean from sitting outside (had bird droppings on it), supposedly it was washed the day before. I was told it was completely serviced. But the door hinges squeaked terribly from a lack of being greased. The front license plate bracket was missing. I was told it was because of the plow, but I bought a bracket and installed it without an issue. All things that I ended up fixing on my "new" truck. I realize it is a used truck, but for $26,000 I guess I expected more. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to turning in my lease and getting another Malibu lease from Dick very soon. More

Made an appointment to see the car in person (2 hr. Drive) where I was met by Rich. He had the car ready for a test drive and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. We came to agreement on a purchase price and made arrangements to pick the car up a few days later. With all the paperwork done, I left in a beautiful new (to me) RED Corvette. More
