hello i have tried to speak to someone about this, basiclly this jason guy decided to punish me by making sure he does not put the tire throught claims, also the brakes and rotors cannot be like that i have been complaining to him for a long time and nothing gets done, he also says no loaner is availble for two weeks, i am not sure why when i purchased the car they sold me some package of VIP that you you just pull in and they take care of the issues, i would happily talk to anyone about this issues and am sure they can get my phone number if they like but i highly dought it !!
