Service was good. I am sorry you didn’t have the bulbs I need. So I gave to come back. Spend time and gas to get to the service center. Terribly Disappointed! We visited on the Orland location on 6/21/24 and sadly waited onsite for a tire repair/change and window inspection from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Long sto We visited on the Orland location on 6/21/24 and sadly waited onsite for a tire repair/change and window inspection from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Long story, short Corey gave little to no updates, insisted we contact the warranty office on their behalf and did not follow through with us. Each time we attempted to check in Corey was either on another call, lunch break or some “meet up” in the garage work area. Regrettably, this was the worst service we’ve received at BMW Orland Ziegler. I’ve never felt so invisible in my entire life! I believe in 2nd chances but I’m just not sure how Corey or Ziegler can redeem this subpar neglectful service. More
