He offered to stay after the service center closed to have our brakes changed out on the spot and when we opted to schedule a later date he offered a car wash at no cost since we were there. Not only a great amenity but they did a really nice job cleaning it up too. Very happy with our service and would definitely recommend! More

Would never come back here again. I brought my 2024 BMW M3 Competition for a noise concern. Richard my advisor didn’t even bother calling me back for an update. The service was quick. The facility is nice. The employees are all very nice. However, the prices for labor are through the rough. I went in for an oil change and spent alm The facility is nice. The employees are all very nice. However, the prices for labor are through the rough. I went in for an oil change and spent almost $700 for oil change and two filters. The service took 30 mins but the labor charge for each item was astronomical. In the future, I wish they’d at least give customers a heads up about all the add ons so they may be prepared financially instead of caught off guard. More
